Albright's Art Terms Of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, or for violation of these terms.

I own the rights to the work, but not the characters depicted in the design/visual.

Clients will be given the appropriate files/image with only my signature. I don't use intrusive watermarks (for now). Clients are not to alter my work, or have someone else alter it, without my express permission.

Clients are not to claim my work as their own.

Work in progress images will be shared with the client, edits within reason are permissible, but excessive edits may incur additional charges. Clients are expected to answer to WIP shots promptly. Failure to respond after seven (7) days will result in your slot being put on hold, and moved to the bottom of my queue. After thirty (30) days, your commission will be canceled. No refunds.

Clients who wish to cancel and refund a commission will receive a full refund if work has not begun. They may receive only a partial refund if the commission has been started, the amount depending on the amount of progress made. Refunds may not be immediate.

Visual references are preferred, written descriptions may be accepted, depending on the complexity of the design. Non-visual references may incur additional fees. NO AI REFERENCES.

Under no circumstances are my works to be used/sold as a NFT. You do not have permission to use my art to train AI.
